Product Overview
GEB's Robotic Tips series offers two reliable options for laboratories: the Standard Model and the Filter Model. Both are compatible with over 95% of pipette brands worldwide, making them ideal for labs with diverse equipment setups.
The Standard Model is made from imported medical-grade PP material and features a glass-like translucent cavity for clear visibility during pipetting—especially critical for delicate liquid handling tasks. With a temperature tolerance ranging from -80°C to 121°C, it maintains structural integrity even after autoclaving, ensuring consistent performance under various storage and sterilization conditions. Manufactured in a Class 100,000 cleanroom, it is certified free of DNase, RNase, proteases, and exogenous DNA/RNA, minimizing the risk of sample degradation and experimental interference. Its patented low-adsorption material effectively prevents sample loss and protein retention, preserving valuable samples in biochemical assays or genetic research.
Building on these strengths, the Filter Model incorporates an added layer of protection. It is equipped with high-quality filters that purify air by blocking aerosols and airborne particles, greatly reducing the risk of pipette contamination and eliminating cross-contamination in RNA experiments. This makes it an essential tool for molecular biology labs engaged in gene expression analysis or RNA sequencing.
