Product Overview
GEB's Robotic Tips series provides two dependable options for laboratories: the Standard Model and the Filter Model. Both are compatible with over 95% of pipette brands worldwide, offering exceptional versatility for labs with diverse instrument setups.
The Standard Model is manufactured from imported medical-grade PP material and features a glass-like translucent cavity for clear visibility during pipetting—essential for delicate liquid handling. It withstands temperatures from -80 °C to 121 °C and maintains structural integrity after autoclaving, ensuring reliable performance under various storage and sterilization conditions. Produced in a Class 100,000 cleanroom, it is certified free of DNase, RNase, proteases, and exogenous nucleic acids, reducing the risk of sample contamination and experimental error. The patented low-adsorption surface minimizes sample loss and protein binding, preserving valuable samples in biochemical and genetic applications.
The Filter Model retains all these features and adds integrated high-quality filters that effectively block aerosols and airborne particles. This protection helps prevent pipette contamination and eliminates cross-contamination in RNA workflows, making it indispensable for molecular biology labs performing gene expression analysis or RNA sequencing. The filter is free of extractable additives, ensuring result accuracy and reproducibility—especially critical in sensitive applications such as next-generation sequencing library preparation.
